Case Studies

Meta – Certifications Launch

In 2022 at Meta, I led the design of the company-wide Certifications program, enabling 200+ leaders to verify privacy compliance following FTC requirements. Navigating tight timelines, limited resources, and cross-organizational complexity, I combined hands-on design with strategic leadership to build clarity, collaboration, and measurable impact. The program launched successfully, improving usability and confidence metrics, and elevated design’s strategic value across Enterprise Products.

Meta-Supplier Pages Experience Strategy

As Director of Product Design at Meta (2021), I spearheaded the Supplier Pages initiative, transforming supplier management from a fragmented process into a strategic capability. I aligned Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science around a research-led, pilot-first approach that proved measurable value before scaling.

The centralized hub integrated critical supplier data—diversity, contracts, spend, risk—reducing decision-making time from days to minutes. This drove supplier rationalization, accelerated sourcing cycles, and advanced Meta’s $1B diverse spend commitment. By elevating visibility of diverse and preferred suppliers, the initiative unlocked both efficiency and strategic impact, earning recognition as a daily “one-stop shop” that redefined how Meta manages supplier partnerships.

Meta – Inventory Returns

In 2022 at Meta, I led the redesign of the Inventory Returns module within Enterprise Products, simplifying complex workflows and improving SLA compliance. By consolidating eight fragmented processes into a single guided system, introducing clear terminology, and enabling end-to-end status tracking, we increased automation, reduced manual workarounds, and improved user experience. This design-led initiative not only boosted operational efficiency but also positioned design as a strategic driver of enterprise productivity.

Supplier Connect Case Study

As Product Design Director at Meta, I led the transformation of Supplier Connect, the company’s enterprise supplier platform, from a fragmented, low-trust system into a strategic tool for efficiency, compliance, and supplier experience. By stabilizing access, building trust through transparent processes, and scaling experience with improved UX and self-service, we increased adoption, reduced invoice-to-pay cycles, and strengthened supplier satisfaction. This initiative positioned design as a strategic partner, demonstrating how thoughtful experience design can rebuild trust, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable enterprise impact.

Meta - Supplier Global Search Experimentation

As Product Design Director at Meta, I led the Buy@ Supplier Search initiative, transforming a clunky, filter-based system into a keyword-driven, ML-ranked experience with enriched supplier data and actionability. The MVP rollout showed clear impact—faster purchase requests, higher adoption of preferred and diverse suppliers, and improved satisfaction—while laying the foundation for a global search vision to unify procurement workflows across Meta.

Meta-Accessibility Executive Pitch

At Meta, I identified accessibility as a critical gap in our enterprise tools and elevated it to an executive priority. I pitched a data-driven strategy, secured dedicated resources, and embedded accessibility into design systems, audits, and ship criteria. What began as fragmented volunteer efforts became a formal, executive-backed program — improving equity, product quality, and trust across the organization.

Meta-Ux Metrics Program

At Meta, I created the UX Metrics Program to standardize how design quality was measured across Enterprise Products. As Product Design Director, I secured executive buy-in, built cross-functional alignment, and introduced core metrics around sentiment, behavior, and craft. The program achieved 100% adoption in Tier 1 & 2 products, elevating design into a measurable, strategic driver of product quality.
